À la fin du mois d'août, en revenant de travailler, j'ai vu ce bel oiseau qui semblait marcher sur les eaux de la Rivière Saint-Charles, à Québec. Il y a plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux à cet endroit, dont le cormoran. J'avais tout d'abord cru que c'en était un. Ce n'est que quelques jours plus tard que je me suis rendu compte que ce bel oiseau, qui déambulait gracieusement sur la rivière était un héron. Depuis quelques années, il me semble qu'en ville, on observe plus de variété dans les espèces d'oiseaux qu'auparavent. C'est peut-être dû au fait que les berges de la rivière ont été réaménagées? Chouette pour les photographes!At the end of August, I was coming back from work and I saw that beautiful bird who seems to be walking on the waters of the St. Charles River, in Québec city. There is many species of birds that live at this place, specially a lot of cormorants. I first thought it was one of those. Then, some days after, I realized that this bird, who was gracefully walking on the surface of water, was a heron. I really have the feeling that since they have done a big job at the shores of the river, the is much new different species of birds that come in the city. Nice for the photographers!

I saw a heron Saturday too. They are very graceful.

mp: Près du Village de l'Anse, ils l'ont fait il y a quelques années déjà, mais en ce moment, ils font la rive nord, entre des Capucins et la 4ième avenue.
